Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- 0-5 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other job boards for sourcing candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
